CLASSES FOR MEN (AGE 13+)

MUAY THAI

 


Muay Thai is one of the fastest growing ring sports in the world with roots in Thailand over 2000 years old!  Popular for its effectiveness and intense fitness training, Muay Thai is perfect for anyone looking to get in great shape, learn practical combat skills or even advance into competition.
All new members at Warrior start with "Beginners" or "All Levels" classes. The focus will heavily revolve around introducing and perfecting basic techniques using shadow boxing, partner drills, traditional pad work and heavy bags.
During “All Levels” Classes, Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced students are welcome!  Students are divided appropriately based on experience.
With time, students may progress to “Advanced Muay Thai” after 6 months to one year of consistent training.  At this level, students apply their technique and skill during sparring and may consider competition.  Students at this level are competent is a wide range of combat skills and are able to continue their training in a self-directed way.  Competitions range from exhibition fights (demonstration), to novice and Class A fights locally and internationally. BOXING

 

Boxing classes are open to all adult men members.  In these classes students learn traditional boxing technique including footwork, head movement, combinations, attacks and counters.  Our Boxing classes are also taught to compliment Muay Thai and Kickboxing.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This class is dedicated to improving athletic ability.  Through a series of advanced exercise routines lead by expert trainer Joe Tarulli, members will imrove their strength, fitness, speed, agility and flexibility.

CLASSES FOR KIDS AGE 6-12

LITTLE WARRIORS KIDS MUAY THAI

 

All children ages 6-12 years are welcome to join this class. The focus is on teamwork, learning while playing, balance, flexibility and developing basic techniques. Children benefit from the physical activity while strengthening their sense of respect, discipline and hard work. Advanced children of age and skill level may choose to spar under supervision.

This class is lead by a team of 2-3 instructors and children are divided based in experience level and age to ensure they maximize their learning in a safe and motivating environment

BJJ (BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU)

All children ages 6-12 years are invited to join this class. The focus is learning submission grappling in an age-appropriate and safe way, building balance and coordination, as well as learning discipline.

CLASSES FOR WOMEN AGE 13+

WARRIOR WOMEN (Muay Thai & Boxing)

During this class the gym is reserved exclusively for women and lead by expert trainers Miranda Burrell, Donnie Clarke and Kasra Golrokh.  The class will give you an effective fitness and weight loss workout and teach you practical combat techniques from Muay Thai, Kick Boxing and Boxing.
