Men's Muay Thai (13 Years+)Warrior Muay Thai’s Men's Program is available to members age 13+. The 6-level program begins with developing a firm grasp of Traditional Muay Thai fundamentals and achieving a high level of physical flexibility, strength and fitness. As students advance, they will learn progressively complex techniques and eventually be presented with the option of participating in advanced sparring sessions. Students who are qualified and interested will also have the option of representing the school in full-contact Muay Thai events throughout Ontario, Canada and internationally. Little Warriors (7-12)Discipline, respect and of course FUN are at the heart of Warrior Muay Thai's kid's classes! An age-appropriate approach to learning a combination of Martial Arts including Tae Kwon Do, Boxing and Muay Thai all in one class. Class activities include: -Shadow Boxing

benefit from intense strength and conditioning exercises to compliment their

Women's Boot CampThese Exclusively-Women's Boot Camp classes are lead by professional fitness guru Christian Manansala. The 1-hour drop in sessions include a wide variety of creative exercises that will have you sweating (and aching) from head to toe! Women's Boot Camp classes are open to non-members at a drop-in rate of $15.00 and are free for Warrior Muay Thai members.

Personal & Group TrainingTrain one-on one or in a small group with one of our experienced instructors to develop a flexible and custom training program that is focused on your unique goals. Train to lose weight, increase fitness or learn to defend yourself. Regardless of your goal, you will have the undivided attention of your experienced trainer. Personal Training is available to both members and non members and may be booked as 1 hour sessions during any non-class times, pending availability of instructors.
