Class Descriptions
Men's Class (13+)
Warrior Muay Thai’s Men's Program is available to members age 13+. The 6-level program begins with developing a firm grasp of Traditional Muay Thai fundamentals and achieving a high level of physical flexibility, strength and fitness.
As students advance, they will learn progressively complex techniques and eventually be presented with the option of participating in advanced sparring sessions. Students who are qualified and interested will also have the option of representing the school in full-contact Muay Thai events throughout Ontario, Canada and internationally.
Class activities include:
-Shadow Boxing
-Heavy Bag work
-Pad work with traditional Thai kicking pads and boxing focus pads
-Technical drills with partners
-Light contact sparring
-Sprinting drills and interval running
-Plyometric, endurance and strength training exercises
Women's Class
Warrior Muay Thai's women class is a fitness-focused approach to Muay Thai training. Class activities include:
-Shadow Boxing
-Heavy bag training
-Pad work with traditional Thai kicking pads and boxing focus pads
-Plyometric, endurance and strength training exercises
